The BIO-BRC program focuses on enhancing research capacity and broadening participation of new faculty at minority-serving institutions (MSIs), predominantly undergraduate institutions (PUIs), and other universities and colleges that currently have a limited capacity for research. This program provides support for new faculty to initiate and build independent and sustainable research programs that enrich undergraduate research experiences and support the growth of the STEM workforce.
