NSF-Simons centers search for the Rules of Life

A recent special issue of Current Opinions in Genetics and Development was edited by Richard Carthew, Director of Northwestern University’s Center for Quantitative Biology, one of the four NSF-Simons Foundation Research Centers for Mathematics of Complex Biological Systems. The theme of the issue is Quantitative Approaches to Study Development, and it includes reviews from 13 experts in plant and animal development from around the world who are quantitative biologists, mathematicians or physicists.
