Welcome to IOS in Focus, a new blog of the Division of Integrative Organismal Systems (IOS) at the National Science Foundation (NSF).

This blog was conceived in late 2013 as a way for our office to more effectively communicate information with our research community. Content will include guidance for preparing and submitting proposals, program announcements, links to research highlights by IOS-funded researchers, and more.

Comments on individual posts will not be accepted on this blog.  If you have a question or comment, please use the “Feedback” page to submit it to us.  If appropriate, we may respond to individual questions/comments.  We may also use your question/comment on a “Frequently Asked Questions” page in the future.

The “IOS Resources and Links” page will contain information and links to sites of interest to the IOS community.  Please also use the “IOS Calendar” page to find important dates and deadlines.
